~ Meeting rooms ‐ $150/ hour ‐

Perfect for Baby or Bridal Showers, Anniversaries, Parties

Minimum rental of 4 hours (Monday‐Thursday, and Friday until 4pm)

Capacity 200 guests per floor

You may cater with us and choose a menu package, or if you choose to bring your own food (or hire an independent caterer) please add a $50 per hour facility rate (includes a member of our staff to be on premises and cleaning fee.)

Please Note: We offer special pricing and discounts for funerals, memorial services, sports banquets or non‐profit fundraising events. 

~ Wedding Day Rental‐ $3,000 for 5 hours guest time 

$300/ additional hour of guest time

Rehearsal, ceremony/reception, Sunday Pickup/Brunch $5,500 

We welcome outside catering

~ Parking lot‐ $75 

The rental deposit needs to be paid in full to save the date and space and is non‐refundable (goes toward final cost of the event).
