Menu & Rental Packages


 

Menu Packages

Our menu packages include the options listed below and may be modified (prices may vary with modifications). All packages include an appetizer station of a Grazing Charcuterie Board including three cheeses, grilled vegetables with a dip, olives, crackers and fresh fruit.

Royal Treatment: A 2 meat buffet including a choice of: a nicer cut of beef, salmon or chicken each with its own chutney or sauce, choice of vegetable, choice of starch, salad and rolls with butter.

The Knight’s Table: A 2 meat buffet including chicken, roasted pork loin or London Broil, choice of vegetable, choice of starch, salad and rolls with butter.

Coachman’s Dinner: A 2 entree buffet with choice of: beef burgundy with a wild mushroom sauce, chicken cacciatore, chicken coq a vin or sweet and sour pork and includes pasta or rice, choice of vegetable, salad, rolls and butter

All Inclusive Wedding Day at the Historic

Carriage House 

~All Inclusive Wedding Package includes venue rental the day‐of your wedding, day before for decorating, rehearsal and/or rehearsal dinner venue. 

~Includes wedding day dinner with Mediterranean cheese board and 2 appetizers served Family or Buffet style including 2 Proteins, Vegetable, Starch, Salad and Breads. Includes rental of china and flatware. (Please see our menu suggestions below.)

~Save big on alcohol with our BYOB policy and we’ll provide a bartender, glass ware, china and flatware. 

~This package includes several hours the day after your wedding for gathering your props, picking up your items or use for brunch for your guests. 


Wedding Day Menu Selections

  • Appetizer: Mediterranean cheese and charcuterie board with 2 hot appetizers to be decided 

Suggestions Include: 

  • Chicken: Chicken Bruschetta or Parmesan, Bone‐In Italian Seasoned Chicken Pesto or Mango Chutney Grilled Chicken, Chicken Coq au Vin (French Braised style)

  • Seafood: Broiled Salmon garnished with Mango Chutney or Pesto cream sauce Cod with lemon butter and capers Seafood Gumbo

  • Beef: London Broil garnished with horseradish cream, Beef Burgundy (Red Wine sauce), Carved Steam Ship Round, Beef Tips with caramelized onions and mushrooms

  • Starch: Yukon Gold Mashed potatoes, Roasted red skin potatoes, Pasta with whole roasted garlic 

  • Vegetable: California Medley, Grilled Asparagus, Broccoli w/garlic butter

  • Rolls or Bread and butter


Pricing

All‐inclusive venue and meal for $145 per guest including rental, appetizers, dinner, tax and gratuity. 

Rental Period

Noon Friday and Saturday to Sunday noon.
